Our Team Culture :

  • Be part of a collaborative 12-person team that thrives on communication and community
  • Enjoy a balanced work schedule :

    • Monday : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

  • Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
  • Wednesday : OFF
  • Thursday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Current dental hygienist license in OR and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experienced Hygienists and New Graduates are welcome!
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions
  • Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (standard requirement for dental roles)
