Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA therapy agency providing home-based and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs.

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Jamesburg, NJ and nearby Middlesex County communities. Whether you’re an experienced technician or new to the field, we’ll provide hands-on training, BCBA supervision, and flexible scheduling so you can make an impact while building your career in ABA therapy.

If you are RBT-certified, that’s a plus — but not required!

Compensation

Behavior Technician (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $24–$28 / hour

Paid training and ongoing professional development included

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community environments

Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Collect data and document client progress accurately

Support clients with skill-building and behavior reduction goals

Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred

RBT certification a plus (training provided if not certified)

Reliable transportation within Middlesex County

Must pass background checks

Professional, punctual, and compassionate
