We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) Payroll Manager with Human Resource experience to join a dynamic, fast-paced organization with approximately 650 employees. In this role, you will take ownership of payroll processing, benefits, and compensation administration while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle payroll for weekly, non-union employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure accurate wage calculations, overtime, bonuses, garnishments, and deductions.
Partner with Finance on payroll reporting, quarterly filings, and year-end activities (W-2, 1099, etc.).
Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, FSA / HSA, and leave management.
Support compensation processes such as pay adjustments, bonuses, and annual increases.
Maintain HRIS and payroll data integrity in ADP, ensuring accuracy with timekeeping and reporting.
Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
Prepare reports and support audits related to payroll and benefits.
Qualifications :
Bilingual Spanish / English
Minimum 7 years of payroll / HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or construction environments.
Strong ADP Workforce Now experience required.
Proven experience managing payroll for 500+ employees.
Solid understanding of benefits administration, compensation practices, and compliance.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and HRIS / ERP integration experience.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
CPP, PHR, or SHRM certification a plus.
