OVERVIEW OF ROLE :

We are seeking servers for one of Lancaster's best restaurants. Join our team at Bistro 2two2 featuring sandwiches, burgers, signature entrees, pizza cooked in an open-flame pizza oven, and an expansive wine bar. We are seeking full and part-time candidates to help provide excellent service to our guests. Shifts run from 4 PM until business declines, which is typically between 9 PM and 10 PM on weekends.

Compensation : $12 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Provide diligent service to guests
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest's table
• Remove plates from the previous course if finished
• Communicate with servers on refill beverages or other guest needs
• Communicate with the expeditor regarding questions or concerns

Qualifications : ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

Excellent customer service skills

Great conversational skills

Strong teamwork skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Preferred at least 1 year of restaurant bussing or food running experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
