What You’ll Do Prepare patients for examinations and document their history.

Support daily clinic operations and maintain accurate patient records.

Assist patients with therapies and provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) guidance.

Greet patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience.

Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front desk coordination.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care.

Communicate effectively with the practice manager and chiropractor Who You Are Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Positive, patient-focused, and eager to help others.

Comfortable using computers and office software.

Flexible shifts within clinic hours :
