Job descriptionThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience Corporate and Audit experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred CPA preferred Leadership / Management experience required Lead monthly close process including financial reporting and statements Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements before they're distributed to leadership Support budgeting and forecasting processes with business leaders Assist with preparing variance analysis and explanations, as needed Identify and lead process improvement projects related to accounting policies / procedures and software implementations Respond to external auditor's requests for documentation as needed Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed

Compensation : $100-145k + Bonus
