About the Role

The Head of Sales and Service will be tasked with driving short-term execution to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives, as well as leading the team in long-term brand direction. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales forecasting, business planning, and brand representation, as well as managing high-value retailer relationships and leading a strong team to perform at the highest level. Candidates for the Head of Sales and Service position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 15 years in sales-related roles and a minimum of 7 years in a sales management position. A strong background in the golf industry is preferred. The role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to drive accountability and results, and a proven track record in building and executing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have executive-level communication and presentation skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have experience with sales and order tracking applications. They should be adept at forming deep, trusted relationships with key retail partners and have a strong financial and analytical background.
