Your duties will include assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapies, as prescribed\n
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately\n
• Provide wound care and other essential nursing interventions\n
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care\n
