World Nurses is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in San Antonio, Texas.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist for a 13-week contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitation therapy to residents, helping improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life. The position is scheduled for 36 hours per week during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized speech therapy services to residents based on assessments and care plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to professional standards at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • Must hold an active Texas license for Speech Therapy.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in rehabilitation therapy, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Additional Information :

  • 13-week contract, 36 hours per week on day shifts.
  • No holiday coverage required.
  • EMR not listed; documentation procedures provided by facility.
