Job Summary :

Raytheon's Integrated Electrical Solutions (IES) Center - Surface Based Effector Production (SBEP) Department is seeking a Section Leader to support the production and / or development of electrical subsystems for a Naval based program.

This position will manage engineers at various levels who are in technical or programmatic roles. This leader will also contribute directly to program efforts as a program lead. Willing to collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. Directly or indirectly support digital, analog and / or RF testing and experience debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) , an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here : https : / / www.state.gov / m / ds / clearances / c10978.htm The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
