Position : Nurse Practitioner

Location : 98541, Elma, WA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday–Friday, General shift

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to primary care patients in an ambulatory setting.
• Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Provide coverage across clinics when regular providers are unavailable.
• Manage in-basket and urgent messages for providers who are off-site.
• Promote disease prevention and health education within the patient population.
• Perform physical exams and document findings accurately.
• Meet or exceed quality care standards and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate records using EMR and voice recognition tools.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Stay current with clinical trends and participate in continuing education.
• Remain flexible with work location and patient population assignments.
