As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and / or credentials as required for entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist with visitor management, including signing in guests and notifying appropriate personnel of their arrival.

Support emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal and / or site management.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and / or incidents as required by site procedures.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
