Job descriptionProvide emergency medical care in a Trauma Center setting Perform all lifesaving procedures, including intubation, extubation, and ventilation management Conduct history and physical examinations (H&P) Respond to and manage emergency codes Treat a diverse patient population : approximately 20 percent pediatric, 25 percent geriatric, and 1 percent trauma cases Collaborate with clinic-based specialists and utilize available services such as X-ray, lab, and OB Must be licensed to practice in Texas Proficiency in Cerner EMR is required Rural healthcare and emergency medicine experience highly preferred Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Adjust your work schedule to accommodate personal commitments, hobbies, or pursuits outside of medicine, promoting a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
