Reports to : Director, Integrated Brand Marketing & Head of International Growth

Job Overview :

We are seeking an International Brand Manager to support Bloom Nutrition’s global expansion across both Beverage and Nutrition. This role will work closely with the Head of International Marketing and internal cross-functional teams to ensure international launches and campaigns are flawlessly executed. The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who thrives on keeping projects, assets, and teams aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Launch Management

  • Partner with the Head of International Marketing to execute brand plans across global markets.
  • Manage international launch timelines, ensuring all assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Build and maintain master launch decks, calendars, and toolkits for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative to ensure alignment on all international initiatives.
  • Track progress across departments and proactively flag gaps, risks, or bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration with retail, distributor, and agency partners.
  • Asset Development & Delivery

  • Oversee the creation, localization, and distribution of marketing assets for international campaigns.
  • Ensure assets are consistent with global brand guidelines while meeting regional needs.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to guarantee timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Performance Support

  • Support reporting and post-launch recaps, gathering insights and sharing key learnings across teams.
  • Help track campaign KPIs, including engagement, awareness, and launch execution metrics.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within CPG, wellness, beauty, or beverage.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and launches end-to-end.
  • Strong organizational skills with expertise in building decks, toolkits, and reports for leadership and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language(s) a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
