We are seeking a dedicated Hematology / Oncology Physician to join our supportive healthcare team in a newly remodeled Oncology Clinic. Seeking a reliable, competent and flexible physician who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance to work in our newly remodeled & expanded Oncology Clinic / infusion center, located within the hospital.

Details For this Opportunity :

• Hematology Oncology
• Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
• Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
• 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at one Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
• 1 day a week, 8-hour day at another Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week , and mileage is reimbursed).
• Nurse practitioner to support the provider
• Hem / Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well.
• The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month.
• Base salary $475-500k, plus RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
• Quality incentives up to $30,000, Commencement bonus : Eliglible, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time , Student loan repayment
• Hospital employed
