About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented professional to join our Business Development team as Business Development Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospectingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional serviceConduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and present customized financial solutionsManage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targetsNegotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while aligning with company objectivesCross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account valueMonitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantageCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experienceRequirements :
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required5+ years of business development experience preferredDemonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phoneProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsDesire to work in a competitive sales and team environmentExperience with high call volume (cold calling) is a plusFinancial background is a plusBilingual skills not required, but a plusShamrock is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
