Base Film Sourcing Manager

Required Education:
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar.

Required Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain, with packaging sourcing experience.
• Negotiation, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Drive for Results, Sourcing Category Expertise, Data analytics. Highly organized.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sourcing
• Responsible for delivering long-term competitive advantages to achieve maximum value for money for direct and indirect buying.
• Create and implement robust sourcing strategies that include aspects related to price risk management, long-term supply assurance, material quality, and responsible sourcing.
• Engages and collaborates with key business stakeholders.
