Job Summary :
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, and managing daily social media activities. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with the company's goals and resonates with the target audience. Job responsibilities also include monitoring social media trends, measuring the performance of campaigns, and providing actionable insights for improvement. This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Social Media Coordinator located in Henderson, NV.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Execute the daily posting and scheduling of all social media channels for around 4-5 clients.
Precisely schedule posts aligning to content plans.
Write engaging captions that are socially relevant and always on‑brand to clients. Be able to differentiate each brand voice from client to client.
Own the execution of different social media campaigns, including writing shot lists and collaborating with the Off The House team.
Manage community engagement including responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Maintain the voice of the brand on all social platforms.
Prepare a weekly executive dashboard communicating KPIs for respective clients.
Social Media Creation & Strategy
Create iphone video content from start to finish for various clients. Including preparing detailed shot lists, editing, and posting.
Produce and edit photo, video, and graphic content optimized for each client.
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients goals and target audience interests.
Define evolving strategies to keep client’s social media at the forefront of their industry.
Monitor trends, viral moments, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy.
Write compelling captions and on‑screen text hooks that drive engagement.
Optimize the most important social media KPI’s daily to help scale our social platforms.
Measure and report the success of social media campaigns.

Content Creation & Execution
Posts are consistently delivered on time and align with content calendars
Video and photo content is high‑quality, brand‑aligned, and optimized per platform specs
Shot lists are thorough, clear, and result in efficient shoot execution
Social copy and hooks resonate with the target audience and maintain each client's brand voice
Content regularly achieves or exceeds engagement benchmarks (likes, comments, shares, saves)
Account Management
Client social media accounts are active, engaging, and consistently updated
Posts are scheduled without errors (correct copy, time, links, tags, etc.)
Captions are written in a variety of voices and consistently approved with major revisions
Community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) is timely and on‑brand
Specialist proactively flags brand mentions or emerging conversations
Strategy & Optimization
Implements and adjusts strategies based on performance and platform trends
Tracks and applies viral trends, platform changes, and emerging tools
Suggests new content format, series, or features to improve client performance
Demonstrates creative thinking in ideating campaigns
Develops shot lists and strategy with minimal oversight
Reporting & Insights
Weekly dashboards are clear, visually organized, and delivered on time
KPIs show consistent improvement
Uses data to inform future content creation and strategy development
Identifies underperforming content and proposes solutions or strategies
