Key Responsibilities
Manage performance review systems and professional development programs
Oversee employee onboarding, engagement surveys, and cultural alignment initiatives
Handle employee relations, compliance matters, and benefits administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or progressive HR experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience with compliance requirements (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage / hour laws)
Strong background in employee relations and engagement strategy
Working knowledge of state-specific rules and laws governing people operations
