Installation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Manage the daily progress of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they are carried out effectively and within designated timelines.
• Build Strong Relationships : Foster strong relationships with our installation teams and clients, promoting trust and transparent communication.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with on-site installation crews to address basic customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage change order requests as necessary.
• Customer Assistance : Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service throughout and after the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any emerging issues.
• Payment Management : Collect payments from clients for contracted services, update relevant documentation, and facilitate additional payment processes in line with company guidelines.
• Other Responsibilities : Undertake any other required tasks or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team's and company's overall success.
