If multitasking is your jam and you feel like you are fluent in Que then we have a job for you!

Our cooks are tasked with preparing and serving some of the best BBQ in the country.

As a cook, you would be responsible for cooking our food in a variety of ways, preparing all ingredients, setting up work stations, and making sure your areas are tidy with all products stored appropriately and safely. We expect our team to comply with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and to follow established food production programs and procedures. You will also need to have an great sense of timing and organization. Ticket service times, product quality, product availability, and plate presentation are all key areas of focus for our operation. This is a high pace and hot environment. We need people who are flexible with job duties that are highly self motivated. Also, you must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
