We are seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders of pipes, valves, furnaces, and air conditioning products. You will primarily operate a cherry picker during your shift.

$18-$20 / hr

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders of various products including pipes, valves, furnaces, and air conditioning items.
• Operate a cherry picker for order picking throughout the shift.
• Consistently lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
• Use a TWLRF scanner, similar to an RF scanner, for inventory management.

Work Environment

The warehouse environment is traditional, with a team of 47 employees. While there is no air conditioning, the facility utilizes large fans and open doors to maintain airflow during hot summer months. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, a T-shirt, and mandatory steel-toed boots. Work hours are 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime extending into the night, typically until midnight.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duluth, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
