This role is pivotal in growing and nurturing partnerships, particularly with family foundations, to support the organization's mission. The successful candidate will work closely with the Development Team, Philanthropic Partnerships Manager, and the Director of Global Philanthropy to align philanthropic programs with the strategic plan and multiyear goals. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting team members, representing the organization in leadership roles, and staying abreast of trends in giving and philanthropy to ensure the success of fundraising programs.
