A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Representative in California.
Key Responsibilities
Determine compensability and coverage issues for loss time workers' compensation claims
Effectively manage a caseload of loss time claims from various jurisdictions
Negotiate and direct settlements under management's review
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience required
Experience handling claims in California
SIP certification required
Bachelor's degree required
Carrier experience preferred
