Description :

Provide advanced, direct patient care for patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care plans.

Guide other nurses in managing complex patient issues.

Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff.

Provide training and mentoring to enhance clinical skills and promote best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are required.

Leadership and mentoring skills are important for this role.

Experience with charge responsibilities is preferred.

Familiarity with unit systems and equipment is beneficial.

May come into contact with COVID-19 patients.

Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions.
