• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
• Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on the sell-side M&A
• Ability to lead the execution on a transaction, which includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback
• Business writing and presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling and robust sell-side presentations
• Very strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Client Management skills
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders

Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
