About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) in Pleasanton, CA

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients of all ages to improve their ability to perform daily activities
  • Assess and evaluate patients physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (PTs, SLPs, physicians, nurses, etc.)
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
