Job Overview – Construction Superintendent (Commercial & Institutional Projects) :

Compensation : $130,000 – $145,000 / year + bonus

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Superintendent (Commercial & Institutional Projects) in Philadelphia, PA with our client, a leading general contractor expanding in healthcare and higher education construction. You will oversee all on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for experienced superintendents with ground-up and institutional construction backgrounds.

Responsibilities as the Construction Superintendent :

• Project Leadership : Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
• Team Coordination : Supervise subcontractors and field staff to maintain productivity, safety, and high-quality workmanship.
• Scheduling & Planning : Develop and manage project schedules, address delays, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Safety & Compliance : Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations while promoting a culture of job site safety.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure all work meets project and client expectations.
