Hiring at up to $15 per hour for leadership qualities! You support the restaurant leader by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems and become part of the solution. You seek help as needed and are willing to help and guide others. Ensure team members complete tasks as assigned and serve safe, quality food with a "Here to Serve" attitude. You help create an environment that team members want to work and our customers to visit.

• Solving customer complaints and winning them over again
• Providing positive, constructive feedback to team members
• Being open, honest and transparent with the restaurant leadership team
• Following safety & security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
