Requirements :

Administrative Support

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate staff or service advisor.
• Answer phones, take messages, and provide updates on service progress.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, work orders, and technician assignments.
• Maintain service records, logs, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
• Manage and inventory warranty parts.
• Support service management with clerical tasks, data entry, and filing.
