Job Description

• Experience in development and execution of innovation strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
• Experience in Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and opportunities.
• Experience in managing a pipeline of innovative projects, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with business needs.
• Experience in design and architecting innovative solutions, considering scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Must facilitate brainstorming and creative thinking sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Must be able to Plan, organize, and execute innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Must be able to develop and test prototypes to validate innovative concepts.
• Must be able to lead and mentor teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others.
• Must have passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies.
• Must possess ability to think outside the box and come up with new ideas and solutions.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
• Demonstrate high standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge in Switching & Routing technologies : Cisco centric LAN, WAN and WLAN environment. This includes Switches, routers, wireless & Client.
