Title : Membership Coordinator

Location : Sandy Springs, onsite

Pay rate : $20-$24 / hour based on experience

Schedule : Monday- Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k.

Day to day :

• Schedule new patient appointments
• onboard patients as members, verifying information and imputing data into the system
• Collect and process payments
• Assist with billing questions and resolve patient accounts
• Support AR and billing workflows as needed
• Answer incoming patient calls
