Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand on Amazon USA. They are seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog & Optimization Specialist to join their remote team. In this role, the specialist will work directly with the Founder to manage the catalog, optimize product listings, run promotions, coordinate with affiliates, and support overall account health.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on Amazon operations role. You'll be responsible for listing optimization, rank and keyword tracking, promotions, account health monitoring, affiliate coordination, and SOP creation. You'll also be expected to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity daily to improve efficiency and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon listings using DataDive and best practices
• Track keyword rankings daily with Datarova, adjust to protect/improve rank
• Coordinate promotions, deals, and calendars to ensure deadlines are met
• Respond to affiliates, coordinate sample shipments, and follow up on campaigns
• Monitor account health, respond to seller feedback, and request removals
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and save time
• Create and update SOPs for recurring processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central (listings, rank tracking, promotions, account health)
• Required: DataDive and Datarova experience
• At least one of Sellerboard, Scale Insights, or Sellerise
• Comfortable using AI tools daily, with a willingness to keep learning
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills
• Affiliate/influencer management experience preferred
