What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Contribute in administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees for all positions, including but not limited to New Hire Orientation, first week onboarding, training, etc.
• Intake and support in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution process and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with business leaders and provide guidance on employee related situations from all HR related areas
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
