Equipment Associate / Forklift Operator

Our client, a leader in the equipment rental and service industry, is seeking a dedicated Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Equipment Associate, you will be an essential part of the branch support team, helping ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality service, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.

Pay Range :

Shift : Mon - Fri 7 - 5

What's the Job?

Provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel engaged in meeting customer needs.

Assist with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental, ensuring all items are ready for customer use.

Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safety and proper working condition.

Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment, offering suggestions to meet their needs.

Load and unload rental equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.

Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery preferred.

Effective communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
