A top-tier law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing team, handling sophisticated matters for high-profile national clients .

Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• Hands-on experience with employment litigation , including :
• Drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings
• Taking depositions
• Handling motion practice
• Exposure to employment advisory work is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with sharp attention to detail.
• A self-starter with a team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent academic background , writing skills, and analytical abilities.
• Active California Bar admission .
