Payrate : $25 / hr on W2.
Job Description : About the Role
We re seeking an energetic, hands-on Coordinator Facilities Services to keep our Dallas campus running smoothly. This is not an administrative / clerical desk role. The ideal candidate has proven mailroom / shipping & receiving experience, can lift up to 25 lbs, and is comfortable on their feet throughout the shift. You ll support mail and package operations, print devices, conference rooms / AV, and general office services for a diverse employee population.
Key Responsibilities
Mailroom, Shipping & Receiving (Primary Focus)
- Receive, sort, and deliver high volume of incoming USPS and carrier packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, couriers); obtain signatures for all accountable mail.
- Process all outgoing USPS (pre-stamped personal mail) and business-use FedEx shipments.
- Maintain logs and tracking for all incoming / outgoing accountable items; manage mail tracking software.
- Perform internal rush pick-up / delivery requests (business use).
- Liaise with carriers and vendors; provide address updates to improve delivery accuracy.
- Make post office runs as needed.
Print Devices (Campus Print)
Replenish paper and consumables for printers / copiers / fax devices; monitor stock and submit orders to Facilities Manager.Act as Tier-1 responder for device issues; open / coordinate Tier-2 service tickets with vendors.Ensure proper use and basic upkeep of all print devices.Conference Center & AV Support
Prepare rooms and support AV (Skype, WebEx, teleconference, VTC); ensure equipment is maintained and ready.Help coordinate large conference room schedules.Set up coffee and snacks for meetings as requested.General Campus Services
Monitor office supply, paper, and toner levels; submit replenishment requests to Facilities Manager.Partner with Fitness Center personnel and relevant campus service teams as needed.Campus Food / Micro-markets : check coffee stations for supplies; monitor micro-markets; triage Tier-1 dining issues and escalate to Facilities Manager.Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle frequent package movement.Comfortable being on your feet most of the day; frequent walking across campus / buildings.Work is 100% onsite in a manufacturing / office environment.Qualifications
Required : Demonstrated mailroom / shipping & receiving experience in a corporate or campus setting.Experience : ~3 years in facilities, office services, mailroom, or similar operational roles.Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and with vendors.Basic troubleshooting for print / AV; experience opening / coordinating vendor service tickets.Proficiency with package / mail tracking tools and basic MS Office / Outlook.Education : Bachelor s degree preferred (any discipline) or equivalent experience.Vendor & Tools Exposure (plus)
