Job descriptionExpert-level data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets from multiple sources Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including confidence intervals, significance testing, and cohort analysis Experience with attribution modeling (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, data-driven) Proficiency in building automated reporting and dashboards Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms Analytical Mindset : You see patterns others miss and can connect disparate data points to tell a compelling story Business Acumen : You understand the relationship between marketing metrics and business outcomes Communication Excellence : You can explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity Problem-Solving : You proactively identify issues in the data and propose data-backed solutions Detail-Oriented : You maintain high standards for data accuracy while managing multiple projects Collaborative : You build strong relationships across teams and influence without authority Experience in health tech or wellness industry Knowledge of Python or R for advanced statistical analysis Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or relevant platforms Experience with customer health scoring or predictive churn models Background in finance or accounting Unlimited Vacation : We believe you can be highly productive and still have plenty of time for life outside of work. Marketing Operations Manager
Practice Better is seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to sit at the critical intersection of marketing, data analytics, and finance. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing performance, and providing the analytical foundation that powers our marketing strategy. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights, ensuring every marketing dollar drives measurable impact for our health and wellness practitioner community.
Required Experience :
- 4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building attribution models and analyzing complex, multi-channel marketing data
- Experience managing marketing budgets and providing financial analysis and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Sigma, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems
