Location : Borger, TX 79007 (Texas Panhandle – Texas nursing jobs)

Healthcare Setting : Community Hospital Operating Room

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 16 / 2026)

Shift : Day shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (07 : 00 – 15 : 00), plus on-call and some weekends

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1870–$1920

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Texas RN license or compact state nursing license (required at submission)

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (OR RN experience required)

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (ARC and AHA accepted)

Previous charge nurse experience preferred

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions allowed)

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Serve as an OR RN Circulator, delivering safe and efficient patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to maintain a sterile and organized operating room environment

Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and provide clinical support as needed

Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage for weekend shifts as required

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare standards
