We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized full-time team member to serve as a liaison between our company and the assisted or independent living communities we support to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is committed to delivering exceptional results. They should be a team player, organized, efficient, and driven. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. While previous experience in healthcare administration, specifically in the realm of outpatient therapy services is preferred, we are open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds. This role requires traveling between locations around Miami : Reliable transportation is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, relaying needs and requests to admin team
• Assist the DON at the different facilities
• Host and manage community events to enhance resident involvement
• Collaborate with on-site marketers to increase resident engagement
• Attend resident meetings, town halls, and morning meetings to maintain visibility and alignment with team goals
• Provide in-services and educational sessions for residents
• Maintain Sobe Rehab program follow-ups to address resident needs and concerns
• Coordinate and manage patient intake paperwork (fax, text, and organize documentation)
• Serve as the onsite emergency contact for our company
