Job description

A company is looking for a QA Analyst - UN Web Buy Plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance activities, including test plans, functional, regression, and integration testing

Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support and conduct root cause analysis

Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to clarify requirements and understand product functionalities

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience

2 years of professional experience in a QA role (4 years with a technical / professional diploma)

Experience working with complex, enterprise-level web applications

Working knowledge of HTTP protocol, API testing, SQL, and Agile / Scrum methodologies

QA certification from an accredited organization (e.g., QAI, IIST, ASTQB, ISTQB)
