Job descriptionManage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and material handling Oversee standardized truck stock programs and weekly bin exchanges Handle procurement : source, order, and track delivery of materials, parts, and equipment Stage and kit special order items to ensure job readiness Maintain vendor partnerships to secure reliable supply and favorable pricing Track small tool inventory, specialty equipment, and fleet maintenance schedules Record inventory transactions and generate reports in ServiceTitan or related systems What We Are Looking For Experience : 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, supply chain, or logistics (plumbing, HVAC, or construction preferred) Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
