Position Summary

Odyssey Autism is hiring a Licensed Psychologist to join our team. As our in-house diagnostician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing children suspected of having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations and interviews with patients and their families, administer assessments to obtain behavioral and developmental data, and synthesize findings to formulate accurate diagnostic impressions.

This position offers flexibility to perform evaluations in-clinic (Phoenix, AZ), in-home within the surrounding area, or through secure telehealth platforms .

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews with patients and families to obtain developmental histories and behavioral observations
• Administer Autism Spectrum diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS, M-CHAT, BASC-3) and interpret data
• Create detailed diagnostic reports that document assessment results, diagnostic conclusions, and recommendations
• Provide evaluations in our Phoenix clinic, in clients’ homes, or via telehealth , depending on client needs
• Stay current with research, diagnostic criteria, and best practices in autism assessment and treatment
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and ethical documentation standards
• Collaborate with Odyssey Autism providers (Clinical Directors, BCBAs, and RBTs) to ensure coordinated care
