CMM Programmer / Operator

Inspecting molded products with closed tolerances (as high as .005, and on occasion, as low as .005 tolerance).

• REQUIREMENTS :
• Experience with CMM programming and operations, preferred : experience using Zeiss CMM with CALYPSO inspection software.
• Must have experience with GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5
• Must have EXCELLENT English speaking, reading, and writing skills and have the ability to clearly communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Have at least 5 years' experience of inspection experience, preferably in the injection molding industry (plastics).
• Must be capable of performing first article, in- process, and final inspections on injection molded plastic parts with high accuracy.
• Have experience calibrating measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers etc.
• Maintain Calibration List.
• Must be able to use mechanical measuring equipment.
• Must be able to read, interpret, and work from engineering prints, drawings, and sketches when applicable.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have excellent math skills (Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry).
• Be able inspect, and be responsible for the quality of your own work.
• Must be a team player with a good attitude.
• Be flexible and multi-tasking.
• ISO9001 / ISO13485 experience a plus.
• Knowledge of injection molding of plastic products preferably in the medical industry.

Pay : $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
