Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail / food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers; food safety; ordering, inventory control; P&Ls cleaning, and stocking. Requirements include great people skills, the ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment, problem-solving skills, and a desire to help and mentor others. Maintain a clean and inviting store. Prior management / leadership experience is preferred.
