A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Trade Remedies Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its nationally recognized International Trade & Supply Chain Practice, supporting the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

What You’ll Do :

Represent clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews.

Support litigation before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, and U.S. Court of International Trade.

Provide strategic legal counsel on trade remedy compliance and risk mitigation.

Assist with customs-related matters (preferred, but not required).

What You’ll Bring :

3–6 years of experience in trade remedies, including antidumping and countervailing duty cases.

Experience with customs matters a plus.

Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application, or willingness to obtain.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
