Responsibilities Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting Provides care to laboring and postpartum patients, including circulating in the OR Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts, 18 : 45 to 07 : 15 Epic charting experience is preferred Caseload includes laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns Responsibilities include labor and birth support, monitoring of mother and baby, and circulating for cesarean deliveries Orientation includes completion of e-learning modules, typically 1-5 hours Only one holiday request off (RTO) will be approved during the contract Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate All certs must be current and in hand at the time of consideration Requirements Active CA RN license required Current AHA or American Red Cross certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required At least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required Experience circulating in the OR is required Must provide two supervisor references from within the past year Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing Subject to a 50 mile radius rule for eligibility Return staff must have a minimum 1-year gap before returning as a traveler Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-599652.
