Restaurant Manager
Our Full-Service Restaurant Manager has the responsibility of managing the restaurant according to IHOP Standards in all areas of the restaurant operation. This will include managing : back of the house cook's line, all food prep areas, sanitation and food safety as well as the front of the house guest service, service standards, cleanliness. Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for hiring and training of all hourly staff members. They are actively involved in controlling all costs to include food and labor.
