Infusion Payment Poster

The objective of the Infusion Payment Poster is responsible for processing and posting incoming payments, reconciling receipts, and adjusting patient accounts. This is a full-time in-person position at the office located in Burr Ridge, IL.

Schedule : Monday-Friday (in-person)

Specific Duties :

• Daily batch posting of patient and insurance payments.
• Creates insurance and patient payment deposits weekly.
• Verifies expected reimbursement and adjustment based upon the provided contract list.
• Submits underpayments and overpayment information to appropriate collector for follow-up.
• Researches and resolves missing Explanation of Benefits or payments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
