Our Homeward Navigation platform uses advanced analytics to connect members to the right care and local resources that address social determinants of health and improve holistic health outcomes. Since many rural communities lack adequate clinical capacity, Homeward also employs care teams that supplement local practices and reach people who cannot otherwise access care. Homeward is co-founded by a leadership team that defined and delivered Livongo's products, and backed most recently by a $50 million series B co-led by Arch Ventures and Human Capital, with participation from General Catalyst for a total of $70 million in funding. The Opportunity :

Join us in revolutionizing healthcare for rural America! We're seeking a Finance Manager who is driven by the opportunity to create meaningful societal impact by addressing health inequities in underserved communities.

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in refining monthly financial processes, developing financial policies, and providing strategic support across the organization.

What You'll Do :

• Financial Reporting
• Lead the monthly close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of accurate and timely reporting packages
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
• Financial Planning & Analysis :
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
• Risk Management & Internal Controls
• Identify, develop, and implement financial policies and procedures that strengthen reporting workflows and support scalability, compliance, and consistency
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit and tax preparation activities
• Strategic Business Partnering
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and performance analysis
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and scenario modeling

Benefits :

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, location, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
